Alcalde Municipal, Prof. Wilson Guerra acompa\u00f1\u00f3, inaugur\u00f3 y agradeci\u00f3 que el torneo lleve su nombre y el de Rony Reyes que tambi\u00e9n es uno de los organizadores.
